1. Anuloma-viloma – Breath in through one nostril while closing other nostril by index finger & thumb. Then breath out through other nostril while closing first nostril by index finger & thumb. Repeat the same with other nostril. This Pranayama brings equilibrium in respiration.
2. Ujjayi – Breath in through both nostrils normally. Then breath out through both nostrils by flexing neck downward and making snoring sound. This Pranayama improves lung health.
3. Bhasrika – Take short breaths in and out through both nostrils. Start increasing speed of breath in and breath out. After reaching possible high speed of breathing slowly decrease the speed and breath normally. This Pranayama improves respiration and lung health.
4. Bhramari – Breath in through both nostrils normally. Then breath out through both nostrils by closing eyes and ears by fingers while making bee humming sound. This Pranayama brings harmony to respiration.
